Circus Arts K-5th

Students learn the basics of juggling, making balloon animals, magic tricks, face painting, walking a slack rope (close to the ground), object balancing, puppetry, skits, mime, clowning, and other circus/carnival activities.

Chess K-5th

Learn chess with Silver Knights Chess Academy (formerly Magnus Chess Academy), world champion Magnus Carlsen’s academy!  We’ve taught 100,000 children to play including state and national champions, but most students are beginners looking to learn a new skill and have FUN. Class time is divided between lessons and practice games.  Lessons range from the basic rules to advanced tournament strategies.

Students will have the opportunity to play in tournaments (in-person and online) outside of club time.  This in-person club includes free online extras including weekly practice tournaments and an event with world champion Magnus Carlsen or Judit Polgar, the best female chess player of all time.  All chess supplies provided. Smart Art K-5th

Art is smart, and this class proves it!  During this class we’ll explore S.T.E.A.M. (Science-Technology-Engineering-Art-Math) concepts in creative ways, resulting in fridge-worthy masterpieces, tons of experiential learning, and loads of messy fun.  We’ll design our own mini-playgrounds, learn about M.C. Escher and Picasso, make our own lava lamps, and more.  This is no ordinary S.T.E.A.M. class!

Hip Hop K-5th

Kids in Motion hip hop class is a high energy, exciting dance fitness class, with an emphasis on hip hop music and dances. Classes are set up with kid friendly music, movements, and routines. They will learn choreography to about three songs per class. In addition to a dance workout, they will end the class with a super fun dance game, such as freeze dance, dancing 4 corners, follow the leader, and the like! Instructors are experienced dance fitness teachers and all instructors receive further training through Kids in Motion lead teachers.

Futsal Club with Love the Ball Soccer Programs K-5th

Futsal soccer club will maximize player enjoyment & touches for soccer in a small-sided, competitive, and fun environment with coaches. A great way to get extra playing time in the off season. Each player will have their own ball for the majority of the class to increase foot skills and ball familiarity. Classes will also end in small sided scrimmages, such as 2v2's and 3v3's.

Minecraft: Creative Building K-5th

Spawn into a world of endless possibilities! Join us for a fun-filled Minecraft adventure where your child will learn to build, design, and engineer their way to endless creativity. In this class, your child will learn essential Minecraft/Gaming skills, including building techniques, spatial reasoning, block physics, and a taste of redstone engineering! Children will have a blast building their dream home, creating 2D art, cobblestone towers using lava, animal farms and more! This class is fun for children of all levels, from beginners to experienced Minecraft players. No device needed! Join us and let your child's imagination soar!

Spanish for Kids K-5th

Spanish for Kids is an after-school program designed for boys and girls in grades K to 5 who are interested in learning to speak Spanish. In this program, students will develop communication skills that will enable them to introduce themselves, talk about their preferences, likes, and dislikes, express simple needs, and answer questions. They will also learn to talk about their family members and friends. Throughout the class, instructors will engage the kids in super fun activities such as singing, dancing, playing, and immersing themselves in the Spanish language.

To enhance your kids' experience of learning Spanish, they will be able to practice each topic on our new platform, IXL. Through fun and interactive activities, they can reinforce each lesson learned during the after-school class. IXL lays the foundation for Spanish fluency with interactive questions, engaging audio, and real-world narratives that put a fresh spin on vocabulary and grammar skills.

Hungry Hungry Science 2nd-5th

Need some science to sink your teeth into? In Hungry Hungry Science we will explore different scientific concepts using food as our main vehicle for experimentation. We will not only use ingredients to explain different ideas through simple recipes, but make edible experiments as well to learn about reactions, acids & basis, biology, nutrition and more! Run Club K-5th

Is your child ready to burn off some steam & have some fun? Join this co-ed running club where your child will have the chance to meet new friends, have a team building experience, move their bodies with fun running activities such as relays, speed, agility & quickness, & pacing all packed into an hour of movement, character building, and team fun. We will be building our cardiovascular system and muscles.
